Our mission for our patients and community
Professional Hearing Services is proud to serve our community through all aspects of hearing care for all ages of patients. We work closely with area physicians to achieve a comprehensive medical plan for your hearing care. We offer hearing evaluations for patients of all ages and provide multiple options for solutions for those with hearing loss. We develop a relationship with each patient and customize our care specific to your individual needs and price range. We understand your hearing loss is personal and our care is just as personal. Dr. Todd Decker has built a team of caring individuals who all believe in our ability to help people. He and his team are here to assist you with your complete hearing health journey.

At Professional Hearing Services we love to work hard and play hard in the community we live in. Our team enjoyed a group outing at the Prairie Lakes Ice Arena cheering on the Watertown Shamrocks.

Brothers and Sister Behind Bars
Team members donated money for the benefit of being able to wear jeans on Thursdays. The money collected was donated to Brothers and Sisters Behind Bars.

Dr. Decker has long been vocal about his support of the team and our families. We often get to bring our families to events that we are participating in. Our kids have grown up attending our events and helping with various community events and enjoy helping others!

National Have Fun at Work Day 2021
We try to find fun in the ordinary and after an especially challenging year, we decided to have some fun in the office and celebrate National Have Fun at Work Day! We played games, had a scavenger hunt, and solved riddles. We're blessed to have fun at work everyday by helping people improve their quality of life through better hearing!
